Brief Profile

Prof. Dr. Jamil Ahmed completed his doctorate in computer sciences with a focus on artificial intelligence at Kings’ College London, UK, giving him advanced knowledge and skills in the field. Furthermore, an MSc in Computer Sciences from the prestigious University of Peshawar and an MSc in Information Technology for Manufacturing from the University of Warwick, UK, have been obtained. During his academic career, He had received two distinctions. Over the course of a career spanning more than 28 years, he has demonstrated excellence in a variety of jobs involving administration, research, teaching, and project management. He had contributed knowledge and abilities to esteemed establishments such as the Ghulam Ishaq Khan (GIK) Institute, the University of Bahrain (Kingdom of Bahrain), Iqra University Islamabad, the Abasyn University Pakistan, the Kohat University of Science and Technology (KUST), and the Hazara University, Mansehra. Notably, he has proudly served for over a decade as Vice Chancellor at three different universities.
