Dr. Tabassum Naz has twenty-one years of experience in Educational Planning, Management, curriculum development, and teacher training, and are known for your dedication, resourcefulness, and goal-driven approach as an educational administrator. Her recent focus has been on the culture and esprit de corps within educational organizations, gaining valuable insights into the dynamics of successful institutions.
Before joining the Federal Directorate of Education in 2016, She served as Principal of OPF Public School, a project of the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation. Currently, she is holding a key leadership position at the Federal Directorate of Education in Islamabad, where she oversee educational institutions in ICT and conduct research in various aspects of education and serve as a master trainer in substance abuse prevention as well. She has recently completed a Post Doctoral Fellowship focusing on child rights and currently serving as Director Schools, continuing her contributions to both educational leadership and advocacy for sustainable, eco-conscious practices.
